# Tokenomics

## Utilities

The token is an integral part of the economy.

1. **Medium of exchange**
   * *Rewarding users for engagement*
   * *Purchasing premium items*
2. **Proof of Commitment**
   * *Staking for rewards (tiered)*
   * *Governance (tiered) - to vote on the percent from the treasury used on buybacks, and whether Project Cs will pay a fee in blue chips like Projects A and B, or whether they will owe some of their tokens to the Internal Pool.*
3. **Access to internal OTC pool**

All protocol revenue flows into $CHAPZ and associated liquidity. The ecosystem, products, and services all rely on the $CHAPZ token to function, and any external revenue sources are converted into the token.

1. Microtransactions - Campaign fee, claim fee, dex fees and gas
2. Advertising - Premium positioning, Ads
3. Services - Premium analytics, Chapperz engagement, Additional marketing, Store
