How to claim rewards?

This guide walks you through the simple process of claiming your rewards on the Chappyz dApp. Whether it’s your first time signing up or you’re a returning user, we’ve got you covered!

1. First-Time Login to Chappyz dApp

If this is your first time using the Chappyz dApp, follow these steps to sign up and link your accounts:

Step 1: Navigate to the Chappyz dApp

• Go to app.chappyz.com in your browser.

Step 3: Choose Your Preferred Login Method

• Select your preferred method of logging in (typically through your wallet).

Step 4: Complete the Simple Sign-Up Process

• Follow the instructions to sign up and set up your account. This process is straightforward and quick.

Step 5: Link Your Discord & Telegram Accounts

• If you’re a first-time user, you will need to link your Discord and Telegram accounts. This is necessary to link your rewarded messages to your Chappyz account.

• Simply follow the prompts to authorize Chappyz to connect to your accounts.

Once your accounts are linked, you’ll be redirected to the Dashboard.

2. Returning Users

If you’ve already signed up before, you can skip the first-time login process. Just go to app.chappyz.com and log in with your preferred method to access your account.

3. How to Claim Your Rewards through the Dashboard

Now that you’re logged in and linked, it’s time to claim your rewards!

Step 1: Select Your Blockchain Network

• On the Dashboard, the first thing you need to do is select the blockchain network where your rewards are stored.

Step 2: View Your Claimable Balance

• Your Dashboard will display your current claimable balance, showing the tokens you’ve earned by participating in Chappyz campaigns.

Step 3: Claim Your Rewards

• Once you’ve selected your network, you can claim the tokens you’ve been rewarded for engaging in the communities.

• Simply click on "Claim", and the rewards will be transferred to your wallet.

3.1. Claiming Rewards Through a Community Page

You can also claim rewards by finding the campaign within the community you’re participating in.

Here’s how:

Step 1: Navigate to your preferred Community’s Page

• Head to the specific community campaign that you're participating in through the Campaigns tab.

Step 2: Open the Campaign you're participating in

Step 3: Claim from the Campaign

• Open the campaign and look for the "Claimable Reward" section on the right-hand side of the screen. You’ll be able to see any rewards you’ve earned from participating in that specific campaign.

• Click "Claim Reward", and your rewards will be transferred to your linked wallet.

That’s it! You’ve successfully claimed your rewards from the Chappyz dApp. Keep engaging in campaigns, and remember to check back on your Dashboard to track your activity and earnings.
